The famous song - Tu Kanha ye Baata” of the movie “Tere Ghar ke Saamne” starring Dev Anand and Nutan has been shot at Shimla Railway Station. The toy train running between Shimla-Kalka narrow gauze, is one of the heritage railways of the world. Travelers never miss out an opportunity to experience this enjoyable train ride.

The Song “Gaadi Bula Rahi Hai” of the movie Dost starring Dharmendra, was shot in the Shimla toy train. The song “Mere Dil Me Aaj Kya Hai” from Daag, starring Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore has scenes shot in Shimla.

Who could ever forget the toy train sequence of the movie “Jab We Met”. ”Jab We Met” was a very different romantic movie presented by Imtiaaz Ali starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor and this flick has a lot of sequences which were shot in Shimla.

Bollywood’s hit song “Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle ka Naata Koi” is also shot in the air of Shimla. The movie has many scenes of the snow covered Shimla with the evergreen Shashi Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore.

The movie “Raju Chacha” starring Kajol and Ajay Devgan is a part of the list as well. Other movies that have their scenes shot in Shimla are Chori Chori, Lootmar, Baadal, Bade Dilwale, Kudrat et al.
